The Namib Guesthouse is a long standing dream materialised.
Time and effort were spent on the smallest details to create a spacious, contemporary and unique ambience.
The Namib Guesthouse is a newly built guesthouse, situated in picturesque Swakopmund. The Guesthouse is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance of town and shopping centres.
Eco-Travelling
At Namib Guesthouse, we believe environmentally-conscious travelling should be second nature. And while many people think that an environmentally-conscious holiday means you have to sleep in tents, we have proved that a luxurious holiday can have a minimum impact on the environment.
Our current projects are:
- Separation of all plastic, glass, cans and paper refuse
- Bio-degradable detergents used for the washing
- Majority of our kitchen and garden waste is used to feed our wormery and compost heap
- Water heating supplied by solar installation
